The Bailiffs House, in High Street Bewdley dates back to 1610 and was originally the home of the county bailiff, equivalent to today’s mayor. Over 400 years have passed since the building was constructed and it now stands proudly as the home of Pomodoro Mediterranean Restaurant and Cocktail Bar. The 17th century Georgian building is one of the oldest in this historic town and we are proud to call it home.
Unique Italian & Mediterranean inspired, local sourced food, fine wines, top cocktails, local beers & cool lagers and ciders.
With a Mediterranean restaurant and Cocktail bar in a 17th century grade II listed building we provide a unique experience where the Mediterranean meets Medieval all in one. Our modern approach mixed with the character of the building has areas suited for a fine dining experience where our upstairs has a real rustic Mediterranean theme. Tastefully decorated to enhance our relaxing, friendly atmosphere.
Downstairs hosts our Cocktail Bar & two Dining areas, whilst upstairs hosts our spacious, comfortable restaurant area – perfect for a variety of functions. Our Cocktail Bar & Dining areas have all been given unique themes to make them as welcoming and comfortable as possible, to give you a great experience – whether its a cocktail over lunch, or a get-together dinner with family and friends,
